- Information rendering to customer
- Q-System Management
- Service Counter Management
- Collection points Management, General Enquiry, Checking of devices warranty
- First level screening of the technical condition of the device.
- Monitor and track every order call or service call from beginning until job closure and escalate critical cases to higher echelon
2. Teknisi PC/Notebook (TECH)) (4 orang)
- SMA atau D1. Must be able to speak English, Age: 19 - 25
- Level 1 and Level 2 PC / Notebook Repair
- Failure analysis (User/usage fault, network faul, SW/HW Fault)
- SW knowledge in Windows applications
- Repair of electircal defect which don't require tuning
- Change electromechanical parts where soldering is required
- Provide information for out of warranty quote
- Certified Technician is preferable (HP, DELL, Lenovo or Toshiba)
3.Staff Administrasi (SA) (3 orang)
- Issue quotation and invoice for Out Of Warranty (OOW) unit
- issue invoice for sell product (accessories)
- money collection and financial report
- sparepart and inventory management and forecasting

Situs ini sudah sangat baik sebagai referensi para pencari kerja di internet, namun ke depannya harus lebih ditingkatkan, semisal dari judul iklan lowongan (di halaman depan) yang semestinya mencantumkan alamat perusahaan, sehingga masyarakat tidak perlu mengklik lagi judul iklan utk tau lokasi perusahaan. Pengelola situs ini juga perlu mencermati banyaknya lowongan2 fiktif yang tentunya akan sangat merugikan masyarakat. Semoga ke depan situs ini menjadi semakin baik & semakin representatif bagi pengunjungnya. Salam

Namun mohon dimaklumi, masih saja ada yang lolos. Sehingga yang sangat kami butuhkan dari masyarakat adalah masukan/informasi bahwa lowongan yang ini/itu ternyata fiktif. situs ni dah banyak banget membantu para pencari kerja,namun tetap saja ada yang harus diperbaiki demi meningkatnya kualitas, misalnya saja kriteria pendidikan. seringkali ditulis bahwa mnimal pendidikan pelamar adalah sma,naumun ternyata begitu melihat lebih detail lagi tentang perusahaan tersebut,yamg dicari adalah d3. gitu aj,smoga lbih baeq lagi k dpannya.^^
